During my freshman and sophomore years, I competed on Kent Denver's 12-member VEX V5 Robotics team. Each season, we designed, built, programmed, and tested a robot to complete a new engineering challenge, competing in tournaments across Colorado and at the VEX Robotics World Championships in Dallas, Texas. Our team qualified for the World Championships in both 2024 and 2025, earning the Sportsmanship Award at the 2024 competition.

As Engineering Notebook Co-Lead, I helped document our team's entire engineering process, from initial designs and CAD models to programming updates, testing results, and competition strategies. During my freshman year, our final notebook reached 219 pages and over 40,000 words, contributing to our recognition as Design Award Runner-Up at the Colorado State Championship. Robotics was one of my favorite opportunities to work on hands-on engineering challenges alongside a dedicated team.

For three summers, I have worked as an ice cream scooper at Little Man Ice Cream in Denver. My responsibilities include serving customers, preparing orders, operating the register, and keeping the shop clean and organized during busy shifts.

Working at Little Man has been a fun way to spend my summers while gaining experience in customer service. I enjoy interacting with customers, working alongside my coworkers, and helping keep things running smoothly during the busy summer season.
